The Legacy Capsule is a personalized cremation ash receptacle designed to provide a meaningful, intimate way to remember loved ones. It’s a highly personalizable memorial keepsake that captures someone’s unique personality while serving as a beautiful decorative element.
What’s included in the kit?
Each Legacy Capsule kit includes:
- 360 Brass capsule (dimensions: 3-7/8″ x 7/8″ each)
- 2 – 2 mil amber glass vials
- Brass scoop
- 2 lined message sheets
Can I customize my Legacy Capsule?
Yes! The Legacy Capsule is highly personalizable. Our pocket-sized keepsake urns are made of high-quality brass that stands the test of time. You can customize yours by uploading your own custom SVG designs for up to 6 sides, or add custom text to create your perfect memorial.
How do I use the Design Center?
Our Design Center allows you to visualize and customize your Legacy Capsule before ordering. You can:
- Upload and position SVG graphics for laser cut engraving
- Add custom text to any side
- Customize up to 6 sides of the capsule
- Preview your design in real-time before purchase
- Make adjustments until it’s perfect
What file format do I need for custom designs?
You’ll need to upload SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) files. These will be used for laser cut engraving. Please note that no color options are available – designs are engraved into the brass.
How much does a Custom Keepsake Urn cost?
The Custom Keepsake Urn is priced at $99.

Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We ship to all 48 continental United States.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing, plus 7-10 business days for standard delivery. Expedited shipping options are available upon request.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all addresses in the continental United States (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.
Returns & Quality
Can I return my Legacy Capsule?
Due to the personalized and custom nature of our memorial products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on completed orders.
What if there’s a defect or issue?
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage during shipping, or doesn’t match your approved specifications, we will provide a full refund or replacement. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].
